Ultrasonic Mixer

The Hielscher™ UIP 1000hd Ultrasonic Mixer is a laboratory scale ultrasonic processing system designed for dispersing, homogenizing, de-agglomeration, particle size reduction, sono-chemistry, emulsification, or sonification of liquids in flow or batch operation.  The ultra-sonification feature may also be used for vaporizing liquids, cleaning parts, continuous mixing of different media, and degasifying of liquids. With no requirement for forced cooling, the unit is capable of permanent operation in liquid or air. The amplitude is adjustable between 50% and 100% for flexibility between operations.
